Yoga Classes

Yoga for Every Body
I offer three types of yoga teaching. Menopause
Yoga with specially adapted techniques to manage the symptoms of peri-menopause and menopause. Yin yoga
that specifically targets deep connective tissues by holding poses for longer and Vinyasa yoga, a dynamic and flowing style of yoga that synchronises breath with movement, creating a continuous sequence of poses. Classes are both in-person in the Windsor/Slough area and online from all around the world!

Tailored Support for Your Journey
I provide personalised menopause mentoring services tailored to meet your unique needs. Whether you choose our supportive community membership, a targeted individual consultation, or a comprehensive 6-week program, my goal
is to empower you with the tools necessary to navigate this transition effectively, enabling you to thrive independently.

Wellness and Nutrition

Optimise Nutrition, Enhance Health.

As a CMA registered Wellness and Nutrition Coach, I am dedicated to helping women in midlife navigate this important transition with ease and grace, working with you to find the best option for your lifestyle and circumstances.
Tailored packages are designed to address your individual needs, focusing 

on optimising nutrition, managing stress, and improving sleep to enhance your overall wellbeing.
