Online Detox Retreat

Our 3-day online detox weekend is designed to give your body some time to rest, all from the comfort of your own home. All you need is a blender and some simple ingredients.

 

The program includes menu plans, live educational group Zoom sessions, mindfulness meditation, and WhatsApp support from me throughout.

 

Experience increased energy, improved digestion, weight loss, glowing skin, and lifelong healthy eating habits. Follow the detox while managing daily life, but for optimal benefits, consider slowing down and focusing on the detox.

Optional pre and post-detox menus are also included.

The online detox runs from Friday to Sunday. We will have a quick Zoom chat at 6 pm on Thursday evening to answer any last-minute questions, and there will be two more group sessions over the weekend.

The program also includes 9 days of beautiful printable menu plans and recipes - 3-day smoothie, soup and raw snack menu with recipes, with optional 3-day pre and post detox menu plans. You’ll also have my full support with access to me via WhatsApp throughout.

Smokey Three Bean Chilli

A rich and smokey chilli that combines borlotti, cannellini and kidney beans with spices, chilli and a hint of chocolate for an easy to make, easy to store meal.

Serves 4

​

Ingredients : â€‹â€‹

  • 1 large red onion, finely diced

  • 1 red pepper, sliced

  • 3 garlic cloves, crushed

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 red chilli

  • 1 tsp ground cumin

  • 1 tsp smoked paprika

  • 1 tsp chilli powder

  • 1 tin of borlotti beans

  • 1 tin of cannellini beans

  • 1 tin of kidney beans

  • 600g passata

  • 1 stock cube

  • 1 tsp dried oregano

  • 2 tsp cocoa powder

Recipe of the Month-January

Method : 

  • Heat the oil in a large pan and fry the onion, pepper and garlic gently for 3-4 minutes

  • Deseed and chop the chilli.  Add it to the pan along with the cumin, paprika and chilli powder and cook for a further 2 minutes

  • Drain and rinse all three tins of beans and add them to the pan.  Add the passata and 250ml of water

  • Stir in the stock cube, oregano and cocoa powder and season with salt and pepper

  • Bring to the boil and reduce to a simmer.  Cook for a further 20 minutes until the chilli becomes like a thick stew.  Taste and adjust seasoning then serve

Susan's Top Tips...

Adjust the spices to your taste - leave out the fresh chilli and use only half the powdered chilli for a milder version

Leftovers will stay fresh in the fridge in an airtight container for 3-4 days, and will freeze well too.
