With it’s seemingly never-ending cocktail of challenges, menopause can be a daunting time for anyone going through it. Whatever stage of your life you start to experience symptoms, menopause can be the tipping point for a lot of people.

Common symptoms such as disrupted sleep, night sweats, anxiety, brain fog, loss of confidence and weight gain leave you feeling like nothing makes sense. At best you feel flat, tired and not quite yourself. At worst the situation can feel a lot gloomier as though you’re losing your mind, as you mourn the loss of who you used to be.

Single Session

A one off 30-minute one-to-one session, focusing on the symptoms most affecting your life. Together we will identify practical steps that are easy to implement and will give you a clear starting point to guide you to a happier, more balanced you.

Well-being Package

A 6 Week Well-being in Menopause Package.

The package includes : 

  • 3 x 1-2-1 personalised coaching sessions (in person or online)

Workshops

Quarterly  Menopause Yoga™ and Well-being Workshops, taking a deep dive into symptoms and learning how to manage them holistically.

We will also look at the latest scientific research and busting myths.

Weekly Yoga Classes

Weekly Menopause Yoga™ Classes at DNC Studio, Slough, on Thursdays at 8pm for 1 hour.

These are specialised yoga classes for women in any stage of menopause, spending an hour practicing poses, breath work and relaxation techniques specifically designed to help relieve symptoms.

Online Mentor Membership

Online group Mentoring Membership.

Includes :

  • 1 monthly group Zoom Q+A session where you can ask your burning questions.

  • 2 x online Menopause Yoga™ classes.

Menopause Yoga

Menopause Yoga™ is a specific programme by Petra Coveney and Dr Louise Newson to help relieve many symptoms often experienced by those in perimenopause, menopause and post-menopause.

 

Classes and workshops include:

  • a specially adapted yoga practice with breathing techniques and mindful meditation exercises to help manage the main symptoms such as hot flushes, anxiety, irritability, insomnia, fatigue, lack of focus and low mood.

  • guidance on natural remedies, nutrition, Indian Ayurveda, medical approaches to hormone replacement

 

I hold weekly in-person Menopause Yoga™ classes at DNC Studio in Slough on Thursday evenings  at 8pm.

 

The classes are suitable for all levels.
