My passion is helping women navigate midlife using a holistic approach through Menopause Mentoring and my goal is to help women regain control and thrive during this significant time of their life. It truly excites me to get to know women and help them feel healthier, happier and reach their full potential.
My relationship with yoga and nutrition started 20+ years ago. I became a yoga teacher in 2009 and my Wellness and Nutrition qualifications came along in 2020. I am a Yoga Alliance certified Yoga Teacher with qualifications in Ashtanga Yoga, Vinyasa Yoga, Yin Yoga, Children’s Yoga, Breathwork and Menopause Yoga™.

When not working in my Yoga and Wellness business, I also work for an airline so I travel weekly to various far flung destinations, usually seeking out a local yoga studio. Outside of work, I'm a front-row concert addict and as a frequent traveller, always looking for ways to combine both loves and feed my soul!
