I'm Susan, a Yoga Teacher, Wellness and Nutrition Coach and Menopause Mentor based in Windsor, UK. I specialise in supporting women through the hormonal rollercoaster of perimenopause and beyond - helping you feel like yourself again through movement, breath work, nutrition and personalised guidance.

A Little About Me
I became a yoga teacher in 2009 and have worked in Wellness and Nutrition since 2020. I trained in Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Yin, Breathwork, Menopause Yoga™ and more - but what matters most is how I make people feel when they walk into a room or class: supported, welcomed and understood
​
Alongside my classes and mentoring, I've contributed menopause and yoga advice to BBC Radio and I love connecting women with helpful resources - whether it's a great book, podcast or website.
​
Outside of my Yoga and Wellness work, I also fly for a living- literally! My other job takes me around the world, where I often find myself in local yoga studios from Bangkok to Boston. I've learned a lot about balance and burnout along the way, and I bring all of that into the way I teach and support others.
