Menopause Yoga™ is a specific programme by Petra Coveney in collaboration with Dr Louise Newson to help relieve common symptoms often experienced by those in perimenopause and beyond.
Chair
Yoga

This gentled accessible class is designed to help you move with ease, build strength and find a sense of calm - no floor work required. Using the support of a chair, we'll explore a range of seated and standing yoga poses to improve balance, flexibility and circulation - all at a pace that feels right for you.
Vinyasa
Yoga

Vinyasa Yoga is a dynamic and flowing style of yoga that synchronises breath with movement, creating a continuous sequence of poses. Each movement is linked to an inhale or an exhale, creating a dance-like flow around the mat.
