Set in the stunning Brecon Beacons, the retreat offers beautiful walks and quiet corners to wander, breathe and take in the views.
Whether you choose to explore on your own, enjoy the scenery with others, or simply sit and soak it in, there's plenty of space to move at your own pace.

Forget rabbit food! All meals are included and lovingly prepared with seasonal, locally sourced ingredients.
From pre-yoga snacks to brunch, dinner and a few sweet treats along the way, you'll be nourished and well fed throughout your stay.

A small, friendly retreat hosted by Susan.
Indulge in alone time with a single occupancy room, reconnect with your partner in a romantic double or share a twin with another yogi.
With a maximum of just 8 guests, the retreat promises to be personal, relaxed and unhurried.
The Accommodation
Our intimate Dairy House, Wern-y-Cwm Farm, Abergavenny, South Wales, provides comfortable, stylish rooms with everything you need for a relaxing stay.
There's a cosy lounge with a log burner and an outdoor fire pit - perfect for restorative evenings in your PJs with hot chocolate and toasted marshmallows.
This is your home for three nights: a peaceful base to reconnect with yourself, nature, and new friends.
Plenty of communal spaces let you relax, explore or chat…with time and space to truly settle in, not just pass through.











Unwind
With four days and three nights, there’s space to read, snooze, hike, wander, or simply sit in nature.
Do as much or as little as you like - curl up indoors, enjoy a walk, relax in the sauna, book a massage or take a refreshing dip in the natural outdoor pool.


Nature
Guided walks and outdoor yoga let you fully immerse yourself in the stunning Welsh countryside.
Take a break from screens, breathe in the clean, fresh air and let the landscape work it's quiet magic.

The Experience

Yoga
Twice daily sessions led by Susan.
Morning Vinyasa energises and awakens your body, while evening sessions combine Yin and gentle restorative practices (suitable for all levels).


Activities
Make time for yourself. Join a guided walk, curl up with a book by the log burner, enjoy the sauna, or book a relaxing massage.
This is a retreat where nothing is rushed and everything is optional - you get to set your own rhythm.


Nourish
All meals are included and prepared with care.
Fresh, seasonal, home-cooked food designed to nourish your body and delight your senses, leaving you inspired and well looked after throughout your stay.

Pricing
There are just 8 spaces available for this exclusive retreat, and you can choose from a private room for yourself or share with another guest if you prefer.
Pricing: £750 per person for a shared room or £950 for a private room.
A £250 deposit secures your space, with the
remaining balance due 90 days before the retreat.
