Indulge in an evening of tranquillity and renewal in our cosy evening of Pillow Yoga from the comfort of your own home. Build yourself a cosy den and allow yourself to be guided towards deep relaxation as you unwind your body and mind. Designed for anyone feeling tired, stressed and burnt out, this nurturing practice gently melts away tension, leaving you feeling rejuvenated and restored.
Join me for an oasis of calm where you can breathe, stretch and feel fully supported. In restorative yoga, the body is fully supported by various props, so the muscles are not actively engaged. Instead, they get to gently stretch, relax and open into the comfort of the pillows.
Restorative yoga promotes deep rest and relaxation and is especially helpful if you are dealing with high levels of stress or anxiety, managing chronic pain or recovering from injury.
